Kind-hearted students and their families donated more than 2,000 Easter eggs to local good causes.
Our staff were overwhelmed at the generosity and beneficiaries were Grimsby hospital's children's ward, Women's Aid, Lindsey Hall Care Home and The Rock Foundation.
Principal Mr Thundercliffe said the appeal was part of a 'Golden Egg Week', which celebrated the end of term with recognition, rewards and donations.
"The week was designed to create a buzz around the school, with lucky winners of Golden eggs taking part in some challenges to win a star prize," he said.
Staff nominated students for subject awards in recognition assemblies. There were also prizes and certificates for good attendance and behaviour.
On the final day of term, students wore non-uniform but only if they donated a chocolate egg for the children's ward at Grimsby Hospital.
The appeal led to students and staff contributing more than 2,000 eggs and chocolate bars, including one Year 11 form that brought in more than 300!
Because of the sheer volume of eggs, there were further donations to Women's Aid, Lindsey Hall Care Home and The Rock Foundation.
Mr Thundercliffe said staff were overwhelmed by the generosity of the students.
"I am so proud of what we are creating here at Cleethorpes Academy," he said.
"The sense of community and belonging is very important and our young people have once again stepped up.
"It was a fitting end to a very good term following an extremely positive Ofsted report."
Donna Clarke, who works at Lindsey Hall said: "We are so grateful for your most generous donations for our residents. They are all overwhelmed. Many, many thanks to all at Cleethorpes Academy."
